Old and New

Enjoying some calm days as a start of 2018, a good moment for reflecting on the year past and coming. Of the past ones, I have been telling you already. One of the projects I’m really looking forward to in 2018 is the recording of a new John Jenkins with my friends of The Spirit of Gambo. The CD will be the follower up for

the 2013 ‘Jenkins’ Fantasias of four parts’ release that earned us the Diapason d’or! This time, the quartet will be joined by Liam Fennelly for the recording of the complete Fantasias à 5!

To prepare ourselves we’ll extract ourselves from the busy buzz of the city, and have retreat in French Flanders, in a farm on Cap gris Nez, where, on a clear day, Jenkins’ England is in full view of the naked eye!
